Novatron acquires MOBA Sweden AB – a Nordic investment for the future of machine control solutions

Novatron Oy acquires MOBA Sweden AB, which will become part of the Novatron Group under the name Novatron Sweden AB. The acquisition marks a strategically important investment in the Nordic market and opens new opportunities for development, innovation, and long-term stability for both customers and employees.

For MOBA Sweden AB’s customers, the transition will be smooth and secure, with all agreements, contacts, and ongoing projects continuing exactly as before. The Swedish organization remains unchanged – with the same staff, support, and service as today.
